I like playing Lego. It's fun to play. I have lots sets, sometimes I combine sets with other Lego sets. I have lots of Lego and I don't know where to put my Lego away. I have so much Lego that my sister and my brother ask me for Lego pieces. It's ok if they do but sometimes I need those pieces. My brother doesn't really like to play Lego that often. I don't really play Lego that much because the Lego is in one of the rooms in my house.
I make random things with Lego pieces and my sister makes a tiny house and it keeps breaking mostly every month or week. My brother lost lots of Lego guys and he doesn't have that many cars. I have so many blocks and I need to put blocks in a sand bucket or plastic bucket. I have lots of not broken cars. I have a truck, motorbike, helicopter, Halo dirt bike and I have so many broken cars. I cannot fix them at all because I can't find all of the blocks. Sometimes I play with my sister's Lego. My sister is making a odd party at her tiny house.
I have played with my brother's Lego but sometimes my brother says no because he gets homework to do. Me and my sister plays zombie apocalips. Me and my sister use a Lego guy with no face and no arms. The Lego guy has a black shirt. My brother has castle knights, armour and clothes and weapons, but he has a siclops head. I want to fight my sister with my blasters but she says no and I don't know why.
Do you have any Lego or sets? Have you ever seen Lego? Have you ever touched Lego?

Sports
There are many sports. For example, football, lacrosse, hockey, dodgeball, tennis, volleyball, etc. Basically, more sports are created but those are main sports.
Most people don't know it but the less popular sports make you sweat more. Those are the ones you're not used to and it makes it harder. The more popular sports are less sweaty because you're used to them.
The more important reason is to have fun other than winning. Even though it feels great to win, sometimes the people who don't get really mad and say that the points don't count. Those people are poor sports. The whole point of sports is to have fun. Sometimes winning matters such as when you're in a professional league such as NFL. When you're in elementary, it doesn't matter if you win or lose.
I love soccer but most people love lacrosse which makes no sense because it's winter. Why? I have no idea but they do. Although most people like hockey because we're going to a game soon.
What sport do you like? Tell me your thoughts about winning and being competitive.

Healthy Living
Getting healthy is a lifestyle change, not a one-size-fits-all solution. Total wellness involves getting enough exercise, ample sleep, reducing stress, eating right and more and more. Whether you're looking to make an overnight complete change or gradually develop positive habits, advice from experts is always helpful.
The key to healthy eating, of course is to actually go grocery shopping and buy healthy foods. At some point you have learned that "you are what you eat." Consume junk food and your risk for heart disease, diabetes and cancer increase.
On the other hand the second important task for healthy living is routine exercise, it helps to maintain physically and as well as mentally fit and other things. Good sleep is very helpful for healthy living. At least we need seven to eight hours sleep daily. By following these easy steps you can have healthy and happy living life.
What do you do in your life to stay healthy. Are there things that you do that are unhealthy for your body? Describe your eating, sleep and exercise schedules.

New Year's Resolutions
It's that time of the year again - time for New Year's resolutions. Do you know what a resolution is? Generally speaking, it's a promise that you make to yourself to help improve your life in some way. Many people say they want to exercise and lose weight for the coming year. Other people say they will be more organized or eat more healthy. What ends up happening for a good majority of people is that they figure out that it is really hard to keep up with these resolutions. As a result, they stop working at it.
In the past I have tried to make many resolutions and like a lot of others, figured out it was too difficult and stopped. Two years ago, I said I would spend less money. Well, judging from the amount of stuff that I have discovered while I was moving residences this Christmas, that was a major failure. Where exactly did all that stuff come from? Last year I resolved to drink more water. That worked for a little while and then slowly died a sad little death. Now I sometimes drink water when I'm thirsty. I've heard that by then, it's too late - my body is already dehydrated.
For this year, I've decided not to make any resolutions for 2014. My logic is that if I don't make any resolutions, then I can't fail at them. Do you see where I'm going here? Well, if I'm completely honest with myself, I am committing to trying a couple of things but I'm just not calling them resolutions. For this year I am going to focus on:
1. Enjoying and using what I have, and
2. Enjoying each day as it comes.
Instead of constantly buying new things and wanting the next big thing, I am going to use what I have and stop wanting newer stuff. You may have heard that I have a lot of stuff - well now is the time to use them. Also, instead of worrying about what may happen in the future, I am going to focus on each day and enjoy living in the moment. These seem like attainable things to focus on for 2014.
What have been some things you've resolved to do? What are you going to focus on for 2014?
