This year we are doing something called Dreams. Everybody gets to pick a dream. Once they have come up with a dream, their job is to search using books, internet and people who might know something about this.
My dream is to become a teacher. I have always wanted to be a teacher because, you get to teach kids stuff that you have already learned, when you were in their grade. I don’t know about you but I think it would be fun to be a teacher.
Another reason I want to be a teacher is because you make quite a bit of money. I don’t like listening to what other people teach me, but I think it would be fun to teach people instead of having to listen. I understand that you have to go to meetings and other things, but if it makes me a better teacher, so I don’t get fired, I would totally do it.
I want to know two things, what is your dream and are you sure you want to do that when you are older?

It's great that you want to be a teacher. It's hard work but the satisfaction and pride that I get when you guys succeed is priceless.
ReplyDeleteFunnily enough, my original dream/career when I was younger was to be a journalist. But when I discovered that I would have to travel to Ottawa for school, somehow that dream went on the back burner.
Now my new dream is to own a small retail business. Still working out how to get there though.

I don't like watching hockey on TV but for some reason I LOVE to play hockey.
A while ago we won a game 6-1 for us.
Next game well make it 50-0.

My dream is to be an animal breeder and a veterinarian. And yes, I am sure I will like this job when I grow up. I love animals. Absolutely LOVE them. Caring for them will be even better!

I dont want to be a teacher, i have to teach what I learned through the. I never went to Grade 1 and 2 so i dont know what to teach it will make me look dumb, because THE TEACHER skipped me up two grades ~PeanutBrainz

This sound awesome! A teacher is the best but a person who goes around the world is much luckier. My dream is not actually going around the world but I always wanted to be a singer who is famous around the world(everything is around the world)

I would never want to be a teacher the reason is is because you don't get that much money (well that's what I hear) and you have to work over time a lot (mark tests and stuff like that).
ReplyDeleteMy dream is to be a baker! I love to bake so that is sorta why I wanna be a baker! I am probably going to stay with this dream because I LOVE to bake!! Every year I always bake cupcakes for the class on holidays (Valentine's, Christmas, Hall-O-Ween, ETC)!!

Another reason I don’t want to be is a teacher is when I am older I have been in school for what 30 years I don’t want to be in school know why would I want to be a teacher for like a another 40 years. It is not something I would like to read what other kids think.

ReplyDeleteI think that you would make a great teacher. I personally would not. I agree that sitting in class all day is boring. So that is why I would not like to go back once I graduate. Think about it, you go through 12 years of school, then you go to college, then off to school for the REST OF YOUR LIFE. That is my opinion.
My dream is to become a baker!! I want to be a baker because I always have the most fun when I am baking. I know I want to do this because, well, like I just said it is soooooooooooo much fun. Also I love the look on a persons face when they taste something really good.

I don't like to be a teacher because I don't like teaching. My dream is to be a professional basketball player. I've been playing seens I was a kid,no one teach me how to play basketball I just learned it by myself,there's couple of people that teaches me but they only teach me how to do smart plays or how to play a real game with referries because I only play streetball, so i get fouled out on my first real game.

I actually have 2 dreams. And it really sucks because my sister gets to live my dream of going to Paris, but for our dream project you can only do one dream so my dream is to become a singer. I know it might seem a little ordinary because every 5 year old on planet Earth wants to be a pop singer like Hannah Montana with a secret life. But I've always wanted to make original songs with a meaning. With a story.

My dream is to go to Spain because all the best soccer players are there. Plus in Spain, there is creative buildings. But the scary thing is that if you go there, certain people put drugs or other stuff in your food or drinks if it is unguarded. But also, pickpockets are very very common. It happens in airports when it is crowded and gangs appear in groups, singles, pairs in two and more.
