At home my little brother has these books that help you learn how to read. And the whole company is called Bob Books. They have this really weird dumb guy with a umbrella.
It is so weird. I was laughing so hard. Imagine Bob just walked into the classroom saying hello kids you want some apple juice. And everyone ignored him:[.....
Bob and Joe are secret agents. In one of the books Bob was driving a Bugatti Veyron. Oh, Joe is Bob's friend. Joe has fallen off a 1000000000000 kilometre cliff. And didn't even get hurt : ]
Maybe someday I can bring them to school. That would be awesome.
My little brother hates them. Once he had to do his reading he tried to throw them in the garbage. And he did. My mom found out like 2 hours later. He got in big trouble. :[......

ReplyDeleteI like captain underpants because, It is super funny. All the character's make me laugh. There is many different parts in it that are funny. Like the comic books and when Mr.Krupp hears the snap of fingers he turns into captain underpants.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite books are The Hunger Game series! I also like "Smile" which is about this girl who races her friends home; she falls and gets a bloody mouth and loses a tooth! The rest of the story is about how she deals with horrible dental surgery and her friends humiliating her! I also enjoy the original Grim stories. I recommend them for those who like dark, scary, bloody tales! Mwhahahahaha! They are perfect for Halloween!

My favourite book is warriors omen of the stars it is about cats in clans and the clans are star clan,thunder clan,wind clan and shadow clan. It is my favourite chapter book because it is about adventure I like it so much I want to get the rest of the series. My favourite cat names are Dovepaw,hollyleaf,berrynose,tigerstar,hawkfrost, lionblaze.

That happened to me one to my mom always wants me to read these boring Archie comics. One time I hid them under my bed but she saw a corner of the book so she caught me. Then she bought me another series of a book but I forgot what it was called. The only reason I liked it was because she read to me I didn't need to read. In a week or so we finished the series so she brought me to indigo but I never went there before I usually go to chapters I loved chapters but after going to indigo I stared liking indigo better.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite book is marry Chan the mystery of the cyber bully. I like this book because its a mystery and the other books were good so now I want to see if this book is good too. The next time I see a Marty Chan book I am definitively going to buy it.

My favourite book is Dork Diaries by Rachel Renee Russell. I chose this as my favourite books series because it's really funny. I think it's funny because in the books something really bad will happen, then suddenly something really good will happen.
ReplyDeleteThe pictures in the books are really cool, I like how they draw the characters. How she draws the pictures are like this, the arms will be sticks and the legs are normal and the neck is a stick to.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite book is hunger games I like it because, it's an athletic book that has some violence in it, which I also enjoy My favorite character is Bruce I like him because he can blend into stuff.
I read this one book before called paralyzed and it was extremely intresting. It was about this guy named Nate Brown and he tackled someone else on a football field and the angle was the wrong form and he became paralyzed.
I also like I spy books because it's some what challenging and theres not much reading! It's also fun to have contests with friends to see who can find everything first!

I don't have a favourite book series but my favourite book is A Bad Case Of Stripes. I liked it because the illustrations were really well drawn and super funny.
ReplyDeleteOne of my favourite drawings is when she goes into her room and her pictures on her wall look like her eyes, her dresser looked like her nose and her bed looked like her mouth.
The book was really easy to read ad understand so I really enjoyed that. The words made me laugh and the story line was really enjoyable.

My favourite comic book is the Simpsons because It's so funny. I love all the characters there. My favourite novel book is the bone. It's my favourite series of all. I like every character that's on the novel book series.

My favorite book is the lost hero by Rick Riorden. I like the book because it's an adventure book. In the beginning Percy Jackson who was wearing a purple t-shirt wok up on a summer camp bus.

I like Diary of a Wimpy Kid, because it makes me laugh a lot because of Greg misadventures and most of his plans, never end up following through smoothly. My favorite characters are Greg and Rowley because the always the ones creating the plans. And they always go wrong...And Rodrick Hevflee. Because hes mean to them and ruins most of the plans to begin with.

Because she only uses them. The other girl's name is Kaleigh and she is HATED by Mackenzie because she doesn't it like it when Kaleigh hangs out with Zoe and Chloe! Then Kaleigh wants to start a club; she asks Brandon to join her club, but he can't because Brandon had a science test with Mackenzie. Of course, Mackenzie chose to study with Brandon to make Kaleigh super jealous!
Kaleigh runs home and of course, she cries. She decides to get revenge by getting Zoe and Chloe to join her.
After the test, Brandon agrees to join! Then Mackenzie starts a club too! There's so much jealousy!
Kaleigh's club wins the talent show and of course, Mackenzie is green with jealousy! Mackenzie gets mean and tries to get revenge, but she's unpopular! Zoe and Chloe know that she's said mean things about them behind their backs!

I like Brothers far from Home The World War 1 Diary of Eliza Bates because it's very interesting. Eliza Bates is the main character and she is 12 years old. She has 3 brothers going to war. Their names are Hugo, Jack and Rufus. She's very sad that they are leaving and scared for them. She also has a big sister named Cornelia that teases her a lot. Eliza's dad is a manager of a bank and her mother stays home with the kids. I think that the brothers may get hurt in the war.
ReplyDeleteMy other favorite book is Spiderwick. It's about this boy named Jared and he moves into an old house. In the attack there is a book about creatures that no one knows about. The creatures try to attack the boy and his family but they have a protection on the house from the book.

This question is such a tough one because I LOVE to read and have many favourite books. I guess I would consider book series that I would read again and again as favourite books. Here are some of the ones I can think of now:
ReplyDelete- Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling - I think everyone should read the books before they watch the movies. I've bought her new adult novel but haven't read it yet.
- In Death series by J.D. Robb - These are romantic suspense stories that I've been reading for a long time. The series has over 30 books already!
- Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flammel series by Michael Scott. This is a six part fantasy series. Only one book comes out every year and it's agony to have to wait that long.

I have many, many favourite books. I loved the Harry Potter series but I enjoyed a series of books by Susan Howatch even more! She writes suspense novels for adults from different perspectives. So, the first chapter is written from Joe's perspective and the next chapter is written from Sue's perspective. I especially like how the different perspectives tell a bigger story than you would get from just one perspective.
