I have a three year old dog named Meeka. She is a Shih-Tzu. In her spare time she usually plays with her soccer ball and is very good at throwing and catching it. She is not the smartest dog you will find, she has knocked herself out several times. One time Meeka ran right into a chain link fence, she landed on her back, paws up and was out cold for about 30 seconds! She was fine after and acted like nothing happened, but I'm sure she lost a few brain cells that time because she keeps running head first into solid objects. They really should make helmets for dogs.
Meeka loves to be cuddled and lives for attention. She loves being called ugly and stinky and thinks they mean cute and adorable. If anybody heard our family talk like that to our dog they would think we hated her, but we love her very much and she knows it.
Meeka likes running laps around our yard and ends up barrel rolling because she is running too fast, it looks really funny. Do you have a pet? What kind of funny things does your pet do? Do you or your family call your pet funny names?

ReplyDeleteIt may surprise you to know that I don't have a pet. In fact, I'm not a real big lover of animals in general. I think it had to do with when I was eight years old and a great big ferocious dog jumped up on me and traumatized me for life. I think I'm being a bit dramatic, but that episode scared me.
My sister used to have a fish tank when we lived with my parents. She had to clean it out a lot and it was hard work.
There are some days when I think it would be cool to own a puppy. Have you ever gone by the pet store in West Edmonton Mall where they have them all on display behind glass? They have some of the cutest puppies there. But when I think about the amount of work that I would have to invest in taking care of a dog, I just admire them behind the glass.

I used to have a puppy. He died and I was sad. His name was Manue. He is Border Collie, Black Lab, Golden retreiver.
ReplyDeleteHe was a very big dog and he weighed 110 pounds. He died at the age of nine from a cancer called lymphoma.
I wish he was still alive. We always used to play with the soccer ball until he popped it. My dad keeps on saying we will get a dog when the inside of our house is done, but I don't think he's telling the truth.
If I had to pick another animal it would be a ferret.

I have a pet. In fact I have 2 dogs a poodle and a chiwawa. The chiwawas dogs name is Rily. Rily is black white and brown. My chiwawa is a mexican chiwawa too. My other dogs name is Augie and it is black its always hyper and jumping around.
ReplyDeleteOne time with my poodle I was sleeping on the couch because my room is way too warm so when I was sleeping I was woken up by my dog who licked my face to wake me up. I was furious until I found out it was 7:30 I was happy after that because my favourite show is on at 7:30.It called League of Super Evil.
I want another dog but I want to get a dog that is a german shepherd thats just a puppy.If I can't get a german shepeherd I would want to get a shiz zu thats white ish.

I have a pet. Its name is Meeka. I know that because I'M YOUR BROTHER Princesspuppy. Meeka has one brown ear and one white and black ear. Those colours make up Meeka.
ReplyDeleteLet me tell you a funny story of our dog. Once when Meeka was in Stony Plain and we were in Edmonton. My uncle and my dad were in Stony Plain. My uncle opened the freezer( for some reason I don't know the freezer in on the bottom). She ran head first into it.
The other pet I want is a Turtle because I LIKE TURTLES! And they are as slow as me. They also they can hide in their shells. And they are cute:].

The first time I got my dog. I was so happy and then I hit the wall. Then when I woke up I saw the puppy and said YAY. It was the best day and the worst day. But after I named her Abby.
I have a pet so I don't need one. So thats good because my mom and dad don't need a pet. But it will be nice to have more dogs. Like maybe 999999999999999999 trillion dogs yay. Or only one dog ok.

I have a pet, I have one piranha and five fishes. The piranha is grey and red it sometimes eats the baby fishes. The other fishes are black gray, and I also have to clean fishes. They're both grey.
ReplyDeleteI don't really have a funny story about my pet. But once my fish was on the bottom of the aquarium. So I knocked on the glass nothing happened so I put fish food in and it came racing up and jumped out of the aquarium and hit me on the nose.
I really want a dog, so I can play with it.

I have two dogs one is named Arlo and the other dog is named Brody. My dog Arlo is sooooooooooooo stupid that one time he ran straight into our screen door but instead of going straight through the netting he took the whole thing out of the hinges at least we now know the screen door is good.

Once we went to Ikea and it started to rain and there was lots of thunder and when we went home and there was a big hole in our basment door and when we called her name she ran straight through the hole.

If you like falcons, then I suggest you read the book series The Mysterious Benedict Society. There is a character in the books who has a pet falcon that soars just like you describe.

When we brought my dog home both my cats became twice their size by making their hair stand on end. I thought it was pretty funny.

I don't have a pet right now but I used to have a dog in Manitoba. Her name was Sheny. It was a girl. We gave her away because we moved over here. She was about to get badyes she was really big. I miss her. Another pet I want is a cat but my dad wouldint let me because he hates cats and thinkes they lose too much hair he says, I really really wish for a cat so does my sister she wantes a cat. I wish my cats fer would be black or white because I like those kind.

I have 3 cats Shadow,Max,Bugs. Max is huge but has a meow thats super tiny. He walks slow and hes 4. Bugs is small and never meows and shes 3. Shadow is medium and has an enourmos meow and he is 3.

I have 6 pets they are all cats. I have my own cat and her name is Kat. My cat gave birth to 5 kittens THEY ARE SOOO CUTE. When I don't feed her she will bite my leg and it really hurts.

I have a dog named Kooder. He always runs into a mattress when you put soda in his water bowl. When he is done drinking the water he is so dumb my dog try's to run through the screen door. He always hurts himself. He is really funny when he doesn't get hurt. Sometimes I think he is stupid running into stuff like mattress, walls ,doors. That is about it or you can say he will run into anything.

ReplyDeleteWe have 5 pets at our house: 3 rabbits and 2 gerbils. I love to sit on the floor and have the rabbits hop around me. One of them, Min, will sit for 20 minutes while I stroke his fur. If I stop petting him he will bump me with his nose - that's his way of saying, "hey! You're not done yet! Keep petting me!"
I've never had a dog for a pet. If I had one like yours, princesspuppy, I think I might like to have a dog for a pet. But maybe not until all of our bunnies are gone . . .
