Getting healthy is a lifestyle change, not a one-size-fits-all solution. Total wellness involves getting enough exercise, ample sleep, reducing stress, eating right and more and more. Whether you're looking to make an overnight complete change or gradually develop positive habits, advice from experts is always helpful.
The key to healthy eating, of course is to actually go grocery shopping and buy healthy foods. At some point you have learned that "you are what you eat." Consume junk food and your risk for heart disease, diabetes and cancer increase.
On the other hand the second important task for healthy living is routine exercise, it helps to maintain physically and as well as mentally fit and other things. Good sleep is very helpful for healthy living. At least we need seven to eight hours sleep daily. By following these easy steps you can have healthy and happy living life.

I do think being healthy is important because it can help you with not getting cancer.
ReplyDeleteI eat a cheese sandwich in the morning and my mom makes me eat healthy and I get that. My bedtime is around 7:30 or 8:00 but even though it's so early I have trouble falling asleep and I stay up until 8:00. I also stay up late even on school nights.
I have some unhealthy habits. One is eating licorice almost daily and play too many video games in the winter but I have an excuse. It is usually cold and I'm addicted to Netflex and video games. But when my mom says no it's fine I'll just play with my siblings.

I sometimes eat healthy but most of the time I eat chips, pop, jaw breakers, hot chocolate and well other things you can imagine. But I still eat my vegetables but last night we ate chips and drank pop but I wanted to stay healthy. It`s good for you but you don`t have to do this. But usually I eat unhealthy. I know I could get a heart disease.

It is very good being healthy because it gives you more energy and more effort to play. It keeps you awake in class so you're not grumpy at school.

And I also have unhealthy habits. After supper I always eat 2 small cupcakes.

Just because people don't think being healthy is important but IT IS. But if anyone says it isn't they're lying. Most people think it is not and don't try to stay healthy but they should because they get fat easily. Why? No clue its something in the food.
ReplyDeleteI go to the store with my grandma and walk through the entire store and find all the healthy things we can find. I go outside often and play with my remote control truck and run around to get it out snow and race it and lose. I get over 8 hours of sleep most days.
My unhealthy habits are eating unhealthy, laying in bed a lot, little to no sleep on weekends.

It is important to be healthy because you can run faster and eat fruits,veggies. To be the right size at your body type at a moment. To not be stressed out every morning and at night going to sleep. To eat healthy products and not junk food every day and for a night snack. To be strong and not big and weak when you eat junk food.
ReplyDeleteThe healthy habit I have is eating fruits and vegetables every night,morning and after school. To eat grain products,meat products, dairy products and I always be healthy every day. I eat chicken noddle soup and other soup,but I don't eat junk food every day. I exercise and don't lay around all day I move all day. I get good sleep every night and not to be lazy.
My unhealthy habits are drinking and eating chips. I eat burgers and I eat popcorn mostly every week,month. I can not stop eating junk food and unhealthy drinks. I eat junk food every day not all the time.

I think that it is important to be healthy because it makes your life a better life. I also think that it is important to be healthy because you won't have bad cramps in your stomach. I think you can also get cramps in your legs if you don't run around that much. Sleep is also a very important thing. If you don't sleep enough, the next day you will whine and be very unhappy. With my brother, he goes to bed at about 11:00 most of the time. He stays up reading. I think that my brother is crazy. So, he goes to bed at 11:00, and he wakes up at 6:00! I told you he is crazy.
ReplyDeleteSome healthy habits that I have is that I run around for around 1 hour, play excercising video games and sometimes eat healthy. I really like to play excercising video games because they are fun to play. Playing those video games can also be a bad thing because you are still looking at a screen. Excercising is a very important thing. If you do not excercise, you will maybe become wide and not be healthy. Well you can be healthy in eating but not excercising.
Some unhealthy habits are not eating healthy. Not eating healthy can make your future not that fun and miserable. That's only sometimes. Another unhealthy habit is not getting enough sleeeeeeeeeeep! It's all about sleep. If you don't get enough sleep than you can be very cranky the next day. Like I said, my brother goes to sleep at 11:00 and he wakes up at 6:00. I still have no idea how he does that. My mom says that some people are like that. But it's my brother's life not my life so I don't care what he does. I still care about him though. The last unhealthy habit (obviousily not the last unhealthy habit in the world) is not getting EXCERCISE!!!! I like to play outside and have fun. Yesterday I went skiing and also the day before I skied. I really like skiing. It is a really fun sport. My brother likes to ski also. Two of my cousins snowboard and two more of my cousins like to ski. It is very important to be healthy!

I eat most kind of junk food like candy, chips and pop. I know it is not healthy for me and I need to get more rest so it make you feel good.

It is important to be healthy because if you aren't that healthy you might have to be in a hospital because your bones are so small they might easily break. Or you will be the a wheelchair.

Yes it is important to be heathy. The reson why is because you will not get good grades and you will get into more fights, they are not good. Another reason why is because you need sleep to do EVERYTHING, if you dont get sleep you will do basicly nothing. Doing nothing will make you do everything at recess.
ReplyDeleteYes I do have healthy habits somtimes when I am hungry I could eat a fruit or a banana or I would eat somthing else. When I go shopping with my mom we barely get any fruits or vegetables. I do not know why we do not get any fruits or vegetables when we go shopping. I go to bed at 8:30 because my mom said so.
My unhealthy habits is that I always eat at least one unhealthy food such as a candy cane cookie, air heads and smarties. They all taste good because they all have sugar. Sugar rots our teeth and we have to go to the dentist. Netflix is really cool but I have watched Iron Man 3 witch is not on Netflix.

It is important because you will live longer. It is also makes you healthy and better so you can do more fun games. If you eat healthy you get more energy to run and play. It makes you more healthy if you eat fruits and vegetables. If you eat good you will grow tall and strong and if you eat junk food you won't be tall and strong.
ReplyDeleteMy healthy habits are one day I eat vegetables and the next I eat fruit. To eat healthy you have to eat dairy like milk and other dairy stuff every day. Once in a day you can eat unhealthy but the next day eat healthy. I go outside once in a while to play.
My unhealthy habits are eating licorice at night. Also my unhealthy habits are eating chips and pop because I cannot stop. I eat candy and popcorn at my Dad's house.

Being healthy is very important to me. I feel better, have more energy, and am happier when I take care of my body. My family eats fruits and vegetables and we all get 8 hours of sleep a night. One thing we don't do much is exercise. I like to go for a run on the running track a couple of times a week, but our family doesn't exercise together.
ReplyDeleteOne of my unhealthy habits is eating junk food. We play games at a friend's house most Saturday evenings and there is almost always cake or cookies or pop or chips or something fatty/salty/sugary on the table while we play. I love potato chips! I'm trying to limit how much I eat on Saturdays, but it smells and tastes really good so I have to use a lot of willpower to not pig out on junk food. Ah well, I eat healthy most days and so a little bit of junk food won't hurt me. (Eating a lot of junk food will, though, so I'll only eat a little bit on Saturday nights.)
