If you were a parent and your daughter or son kept changing their mind on costumes what would you do? How would you feel? What would you say to your child?
Can you think of a time when you or someone you know did this? For example your friend Sally kept changing her mind from a fairy to a vampire to a werewolf. I kept changing my mind from Black Widow to Red Coat. I ultimately decided on the Black Widow costume from The Avengers. I just wore a black sweater, black pants and black boots because she only wears black and that’s pretty simple.

ReplyDeleteI think like the costume part of Halloween the best. This year I'm going to be Luigi. Green hat and everything! Last year, I was Spider-Man, and this first grader (pinkcottoncandy's little brother) literally thought I was Spider-Man, so I climbed the wall for him.
Every year, I feel I can't eat all that candy, so I trade it in for some money that my mother uses to buy me something, while I get to keep one candy, and all the drinks if I get any, so Halloween isn't so bad after all.

My faverit thing about Halloween is how everybody dresses up and goes trick-or-treating.

I remember this one time when we went to a house that was so creepy that my sister cried on the house there was bloody tree stumps and cobwebs everywere! One thing I don`t like about Haloween is how cold it alwyas is and how creepy some houses are.

I like Halloween because I get candy and the candy is good. I get any candy I want. I do not like Halloween because I do not get to go trick-or-treat. But it is ok for me.

What do I like about Halloween? Well I like wearing my costume, walking around saying ''Trick or Treat'' and my brothers favourite thing getting candy. And since my brother does not go trick or treating I have to split all my good candy with him.

Ok here's the thing I have never I repeat I have never gone trick or treating with a friend in my whole trick or treating life. Every single time I just to go with my dad because he always doesn't have work on Halloween so I would always go with him.

ReplyDeleteI enjoy Halloween because it is a fun day were you can forget about all your troubles and just have fun! When I was a little kid I loved Halloween just as much as I do now, but I never said "trick or treat!" I said "give me candy." until I was 5. It was quite funny, but I would never do it now.
I'm sorry, pancakes but I cannot tell you what I am being for Halloween because it's a "tasty" surprise. -Hee hee!-

The best costume I ever that I ever wore was my Monster high Cleo costume. The best Halloween candy I had was taffy it was so yummy!
One of my best Halloween story's was when me and my sister went trick-or-treating and we went to this one house were there was a box and people where going in and a guy jumped out and screamed! Everyone else jumped even my sister but I was not paying attention so I did not jump! :)

The best Halloween was last year because it was funny when our family got together and we were everybody was almost dressed as superheros, note I was Iron Man. Next we went to my antys block had a haunted tunel it was awesome.

I like Halloween because you can were a costume plus you get candy and my candy last year was so good.
ReplyDeleteSo last year I was wearing a Ninja costume (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle) so I was the orange turtle and I had num chuks and then I got hit in the zone area and so I got a shell that had news paper.
Well my last Halloween was so funny because me and my friends Skipper and Aden and there was this house and had pop out side and you could take one pop only but we taken 2 in stead of one so we were laughing down the street.

My favourite part of Halloween is when I and my friends go trick or treating because there is a whole bunch of spooky Halloween decorations and costumes that can give you ideas for next Halloween and also I'm just like every other kid on Halloween night I obviously LOVE the part about the CANDY!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteMy least favourite part of Halloween is when its on a week day or when theres snow outside or when they give you a tiny peice of candy.
For Halloween this year its kind of like iIm being four things. These are the kind of related things that people might think I am : 1 A mad scienctice, 2 butcher, 3 Stalker, 4 murderer. Now I will tell you why people might think that I am those things. The parts of my Halloween costume are a creepy old man mask, a lab coat, fake blood and a butchers knife so yeah.
My scariest Halloween costume was when I dressed up as a murderer clown with my butchers knife and fake blood. My personal favourite Halloween candy are full size chocolate bars, full size gum, chips and when they give you drinks.
Now finally I am going to tell you MY Halloween story. It was at the scarecrow fest (which if you didnt know is kind of like a Halloween festival) when I was like 7 and I was seriously BEGGING my Mom if I could go into the haunted house (which I had done the year before that) and finnaly she said yes but it was my fault if I got scared. Then I said I would'nt be scared like at all. She said okay so we lined up to go in the haunted house. It was 15 minutes until we could actaully GO inside the haunted house and when we actaully went inside I was scared out of my mind! There were clowns everywhere and dolls and some guy dressed as a murderer scared ME and who does that to little kids I mean seriously!?! Are you TRYING to give me nightmares!?! And when I got out of the haunted house I started to cry just a teensy little bit and I started to kiss the ground.

I love Halloween because you can dress up as so really cool stuff but thats only the first awesome thing you can stay up untiall 12:00 and thats like every kids dream. In my old niehber hood we had a romer what house gave out pop and awesome candy.

Some things I like about Halloween is that you get free candy and you get really cool costumes that you get to keep. One thing I don't like is that sometimes it gets really cold and you can't wear your costume.

I think Halloween is a really fun Holiday because KIDS GET FREE CANDY AND IT IS AWESOME! So if you do not like candy there has got to be something wrong with you and then just don't go.
ReplyDeleteI am going to be a clown for Halloween because I think that clowns are the best well a really good costume for Halloween. One Halloween a guy made me and my brother SING for candy like that's so lame!
And once a guy dressed up like a REAL ZOMBIE it was so creepy because I was like 5 or 6 and I was a fairy my brother was Darth Vader and the zombie busted down the door and tried to kid nap me and my brother and my Mom and Dad where just talking. My brother SMACKED THE ZOMBIE and he just ran away crying.
What I DON'T like about Halloween is that sometimes it is so cold and then you can't see my costume but this time every one will see my costume because I will be a clown and you could see my make up and red clown wig so that is what I DON"T like about Halloween.

What I like about Halloween is that you can sooooooooooo much candy with full size chocolate bars around my neighbourhood.

Im not a big fan of Halloween but I like candy sometimes. But I hate vomiting from candy. I go trick or treating. We used to give king can coke and a large kidkat and I sometimes used to get normal size ice tea and twinkils and Iused to give out 1 small kid kat and we have fun and I go on a Dinosuars life and go in to online Halloween mood.

ReplyDeleteThis year I am going to be a pirete from the Carabiens. It is black, pink, and white. It includes: A black skirt, a top piece that is black with white and pink stripes. It also includes a head skirt which is black with holes in it, and I have a black belt that goes around my waist.
The best costume I had was ........THIS YEAR!!!!! For me I think that the pirete is the best so far. Because basicly I have only been a Wicth or a mipacle fairy in the past. So thats why I like Halloween!

I love Halloween because every year I get so much CANDY!! Sometimes me and my older brother and two younger siblings went to the mall to get some candy but the mall was closed so my younger brother got mad so he throw his candy on the ground and ran away and started kicking the malls wall. Also because I go with my older brother and every time we get to a house and he gets candy that he does not like he gives it to me. I like going with my older brother because if he is in front of me and he passes a bush he hid's in it and scares me once I pass the bush he is hiding in he jumps out and scares me to death and that is why I love trick or treating with my brother.

The best Halloween is when I went trick-or-treating with my friend that lives on my street and we went to this house that had loads of decorations so we went to the door and this 29 year old was wearing this little kid costume with a lolly pop and he was very creepy so we ran away and went to this house that had a bowl with a sign that said take one but the bowl was full so we took all of the candy!
The best costume I ever got was a Saw costume because there was fake knifes that came with it. My favourite candy is giant twizzlers because if I am eating it and I go to a house and they open the door sometimes they get scared that I am bleeding and run into their house and drops the candy on the floor so I take it and walk away!!

And the best part about it was know one went to her house so she said "just take the whole bole of candy". That same night I went to "Fat block of cheeses" house. It was fun.

This year I am wearing a Goldieyloks costuem. My mom will spray my hair yellow and cural it. What is really funny is that my neighbour always give us toothpast and toothbrsh so we could brush our teeth after eating all the candy!
