This week is Read-In Week at our school. Today, our secretary came and read her son’s favourite bedtime story, Remembering the Lusitania. She said that everybody remembers the sinking of the Titanic but people rarely remember this one. She loves to read the book because the words really made the story come alive.
I know that you can get bored of books however books can be entertaining. People read to learn and for fun.
I have lots of favourite books. For example, Dear Dumb Diary, Monster High, Ever After High and Wonder.
There are many kinds of books to choose from to read. In the library you will find chapter books, magazines, hard cover, soft cover and much much more.
What kind of book are you reading? Fiction, non fiction - a book about reptiles maybe?
What are your thoughts on the choices we have in our Library for reading? I love reading do you? What are your favourite books?

My favourite books are Smile, Bad Kitty and Drama. I like Smile because it is very interesting and cool. I like Bad Kitty because I like bad kitty. I Iike Drama because it is drama.

My favourite book is Jurassic World because I've seen the movies and I've also seen all of the Jurassic Parks.

My favorite books are Twilight graphic novels, FanFiction books and Diary of A Wimpy Kid because all these books are what I would usually read in free time or whenever I have time.

I think our library should have video games, more graphic novels and music cds.

My favourite book is the Powerpuff Girls comics. I like reading them because they are cheap and I get lots of them and they are short. When ever my dad goes to the comic store he gets me two.

Our library is so beautiful and nice. The walls are so nicely painted. I wish our library had CDs and movies but anyways I like the tub or the books.

This book came from Russia, Karising and the Kid. It is funny. I remember when he said ''I'm the strongest'' even if he is not or ''I'm the artest!" He had something small on a big piece of paper.

I love Read-In Week. I think it is so much fun to hear other people's favourite books. I don't always love them like I love my own favourite books, but they are always interesting.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever read the Stanley books? I highly recommend them: Stanley's Party and Stanley's Wild Ride are the two I know best.
I think I'll go relax with a book now . . .
