Sports

Sports are good for you because they keep you healthy and fit.  When you play sports you are actually exercising.  Soccer helps you exercise with your legs.  Football helps you exercise with your arm.  Basketball helps you exercise with your leg and arm.  If you are not exercise you will be fat.  Physical activity also helps with you socially and emotionally.

I actually like sports so much because they keep me fit  and healthy and I also like them because they help me exercise.  My favourite sport is badminton because I like it.  I also like to play basketball and soccer.

I also watch sports and play sports and like sports because they teach how to play them better.  I play tennis and I like soccer, basketball, and badminton.

  2. Well sometimes I like to do sports. Because once you are done doing whatever you're doing you feel really sweaty and I don't like when I feel sweaty. Exercise helps you like this. If you were doing badminton you are physically doing exercise.

    I pretty much hate all sports except gymnastics. My sisters friend likes gymnastics too.

    I would like to do swimming in gym because swimming is physical exercise.

  3. I like exercise and sports but I'm not very good at it. Sometimes it is not as fun when you are sick.

    Exercise helps you because if you do not you will barely be able to move.

    Some of my favourite sports are soccer and hockey and football. I also like skiing and snowboarding and basketball and tennis.

    I would like to play basketball in gym because I know how to play it. Also because all last year and the year I played basketball.

  4. Yes, I do like to exercise. The reason is because well, it makes me feel good. It helps us physically because it helps us stay fit. Emotionally, because it makes us feel good. Socially, because we can meet new people when we do it or make better friends.

    My favourite sport is dancing. I love dancing. I may not be the best dancer but that doesn't matter to me. Well I'm not the type of girl to watch sports and I'm not that interested in them, that's all.

    I would like to do more dancing in Phy.Ed. while in my mind I would imagine like teaching the class how to do moves, but I know that won't be happening anytime soon. I would like it if we could just try it.

  5. I love to play sports but I don't like to exercise if it doesn't include a sport.

    I dont like to exercise in general because I'm way too lazy to do 20 jumping jacks every hour!

    Physical activity helps you be fit and make a lot of new friends. It also helps you calm down when you're upset. Its also a good experince in your life.

    I love to play soccer, hockey, football, basketball, and snowboarding. I don't really watch sports because usually sport games are pretty long. For example if a hockey game starts at 10:00 and it ends at 1:00 you probably wouldnt even get to watch the whole thing!

    I would love to play basketball and snowboard in gym because
    it would be really fun to play.

  6. I like to exercise because I don't want to be chubby and
    I do not want to have trouble walking plus I love running!
    Every time we do R.A.C. I'm always the third sometimes the
    fourth and a few times when the fastest runners are
    sick, I'm second! Wow it is very hard work!
    These boys are as fast as lightning!!!

    My favourite sport is tag. Hotdog tag, just tag, all different kinds of tag! I also like hockey, even
    though I don't play this game it's just I used to play it at
    school and I liked it. I LOVE swimming everything
    is about swimming, that's what I think.

    I like that we are doing gymnastics. I wish gym was every day because each Friday I go to Northwest Gymnastics.

  7. I sometimes like to play sports because I sometimes like to watch movies in the wintertime. I think exercise can help you socially.

    I like to watch football and hockey on tv.

    In gym I would to play soccer in gym because I broke my hand and I can't do much sports.

  8. I love to exercise because it makes me fit, happy and excited. Exercise help physically, emotionally and socially. Physically is making you healthy so you can get sick when you are an adult. Emotionally like you don't cry when you don't need to. Socially like playing games with friends and family.

    I did play roller derby. It was soooooo fun. It makes me happy. I like to play badminton. It is fun too. I like to play soccer but I am not good at it but it is fun.

    In Phys. Ed I will like to try basketball but I am bad at basketball so I want to try in Phys. Ed.

  9. I love to exercise because you can get out there and you can be healthy.

    One of my favorite sports are lacrose, gymnastics, dance, basket ball. Also here are some sports that I'm in or I watch.

    1.I watch lacrous
    2.I do dancing
    3.I watch gymnastics
    4.I am in gymnastics
    5.I am in dance
    6.I'm going into lacros
    7.I watch figerscaters

    and that's all I do and watch.

    Oh by the way I would rather not to watch Oilers because they suck.

    My favowite sport is hockey because it is so much fun. I like to play hockey because it's so much fun.

  11. I like to exercise because it keeps me from getting overweight and it helps me make friends. It also keeps me happy.

    I like to skate in the winter. I like jumping on my trampoline in the summer and the spring and sometimes even the fall. Mostly I get to jump for about half the fall then my dad takes it down and puts it in the garage so it does not get ruined.

    I would like to go swimming in gym because I go swimming almost every day with my mom.

  12. I like to exercise because it is fun to exercise. Exercising can help you in a lot of ways. It can help you physical because you're moving. It can also help you emotionally, you will feel happy. It can help you socially.

    Some of my favourite sports are:
    1.football
    2.snow board
    3.skateboarding

    Those are my favourite sports. One thing that I would want to do in gym is skateboarding because I think it would be fun.

  13. Yes I love to exercise because it´s fun and it helps you to be more healthy. But sometimes I´m not in the mood for it.

    I like to play soccer because I am on a special team called Ecsteam. I play indoor soccer.

    I would like to play hockey, soccer, gymnastics and volleyball because I like all of sports.

  14. I really like to exercise because it helps you a lot by making you be in a better shape, happier, healthier and making you have more friends. Another way that I like sports is that it is really fun too.

    My favourite sports are swimming, badminton, gymnastics and skating. My favourite sport that I watch but I don't play is snowboarding.

    I like to do gymnastics in gym because it is really cool and there is a lot of equipments in gymnastics.

    I like basketball and the shark I like it because that's the only sport I know or best of.

  16. Yes I like to exercise because it is fun and tiring and makes you get buffs. It helps you by making you healthy and live longer.

    A list of my favorite sports and why
    1. cricket : it's filled with running and action and you can make good weapons with the balls

    2. Swimming : don't have the words to explain.
    3. taekwondo : it teaches you to be a better person!
    4. dodge ball
    5. I dunno
    6. STOP READING THIS

    A sport I would like to do in Phys. Ed. more often is dodge
    ball because it's fun to run around and hit people. It's really fun.

    Do I recommend sports myself? Yes, yes I do. It's good fit and you live longer! Let's say you were going to live until you were 84 but then you live till 94! See the good things about it? Well I dunno what else to say BYE.
