Video games are probably one of the most popular things of modern times, but they “melt your brain." In other words, it's really bad for your brain. I for one think video games are a waste of time. Some of the video games I wish weren't made are: Fortnite, Call Of Duty, Grand Theft Auto, and Halo.
If you like video games that much then why don’t you put together your own video game competition? Just make sure it’s an appropriate video game. Some of my favourite video games are: Minecraft, Ace Combat 6, and MX VS ATV Reflex. I like these video games because they are really fun; like who doesn't want to be playing an aviation game (that's Ace Combat 6)? And who doesn't want to be making unimaginable creations while battling monsters at the same time (that’s Minecraft)? And who doesn’t want to be racing motorcycles (that’s MX VS ATV Reflex)?
I would like your opinion on video games. What are some of the video games you like? if you could design any video game what would it be?

What a great post, the big bro! This topic is always very interesting as well as controversial meaning that it brings out people's passions and sometimes people get really upset.
ReplyDeleteI also think video games are a waste of time. However, that doesn't mean that I don't play them. In fact, I play them. A lot. Too much in fact. I think my average screen time on video games is about one to two hours a day. That's embarrassing! I'm not even talking real video games, I'm talking silly games on Facebook.
My current favourites right now are Toon Blast, Coin Dozer and Homicide Squad. I also enjoy playing virtual slots and virtual Bingo.

I disagree that they're a waste of time. Some video games can educate you. What if there's a video game about waste or recycling that would not be a waste of time you could learn from it.
ReplyDeleteI play Helix Jump, Subway Surfers, Geometry Dash, Toca Boca games and GachaVerse on my tablet. When I go on my Xbox 1 I play Slime Rancher, Minecraft, Call Of Duty, Grand Theft Auto (I only drive cars for my brother) Roblox and watch YouTube.
If I could make one game I'd make it about Foxes and Wolfs at war and its like a battling game where you're in packs kind of like squads in Fortnite. You could also dig dens and hide. I'm not sure about the rest of it, it's a work in progress.

ReplyDeleteI don't play video games because if I had a quiz or test I'm going to get nothing and if I had homework I need to do it so that I don't have to do it again.
If I could design my own video game I would not design one or make one because if you play video games you're going to learn nothing about it.

I personally and currently like these games:MULTIVERSE, ARTILLERY, MINECRAFT, and of course TERRARIA.
If I could invent a video game it would look like this:it would
be Terreria based but with a bunch of tweaks.

I agree with the big bro in most cases though, I bet almost everybody is addicted to something by now. It's a pretty modern time. Now-a-days I sit and wonder why video games were invented.

I think that video games are weird. I agree with the Big Bro and why because they'll melt your face and I don't want that to happen to me. But it has happened to me and my two family members and the same as the Big Bro.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite games are Call of Duty, Minecraft and as well as Roblox because I spend about 2-3 hours a day and I know it is bad for my brain and bad for my eyes as well. I also watch YouTube and Netflix a lot. The games I play are appropriate for kids and everything else as well.
If I could make my own video game it would be about cheer leading and about makeup and dressing for the uniforms.

I have two things to say.

Two: Yes they hurt people's senses but they can also be a lot of fun!
I play Dune. It is a game where you drag a ball to get it rolling and every time the ball goes over a line you get a point. The dunes are wavy which is what makes it challenging.

I think video games are fun but I only get my Ipad on the week end. Sometimes I think video games are a waste of time. So like in the summer my baby sitter got a phone and if I wanted to do something she would gust stay on her phone.
ReplyDeleteI play Hexsel Jump and Berry Jump. Those are my favorite games and also YouTube, and they are age appropriate.
If I got to make a video game I would have a girl holding a microphone for the logo, and you would sing in the divis that you have and once you are done singing then you press done and then you can edit it to sound beautiful.

3. If I was about to make a video game I would make it fun and add math. People would think that I made it boring but the more you play the smarter and funner it gets! You are lucky because I want to type more and say more stuff. It is fun especially fun if you are 1st place WOW!

ReplyDeleteMaybe the video games I play you should play. They don't have swears in them. It is called "Borderlands 2." They would be the best video games in the whole darn world. There are like so many bosses before you get to the goliaths and there's elites and so many easy people shock guys which you have to shoot them in the head order to kill him and it has explosions.
In borderlands me and my bro got to the highest boss almost.

Great blog post! I love the questions you pose, they really made me think. I have never before played a video game, but if I could design my own I would want to hang out in the world of Harry Potter and go to school at Hogwarts. No battling though, I just want to hang out.
