Have you heard of cheesy, scary movies? These movies are one of my favourite types to watch. If you don't know what cheesy scary movies are, it just means movies that aren't that scary and are kind of silly. You will realize that it’s not real because the effects are fake. For example, they use milk when they spit up.
These movies also help you lose your fear of things, like zombies or stuff that you don't really like. For example, I used to be really scared of storms and the dark. Once I started watching scary movies they started making it so I'm not scared of the dark. I’m also not scared of stuff under the bottom of my bed anymore. I used to be scared of lots of stuff and once you watch some cheesy scary movies it really helps you so you're not scared about certain stuff that you used to be scared of.
If you want to watch cheesy scary movies I recommend The Evil Dead but it's not that scary but there's a lot of blood and it's pretty gory. If you're wondering what gory means it means pretty bloody. I also recommend comic books for cheesy scary movies. They're pretty good. But the comic books for the Evil Dead are pretty hard to find because they're not making them anymore. And if you want to watch all those big scary ones like The Nun and stuff I would make sure to watch lots of cheesy movies so you can build up to the level of scary movies.

ReplyDeleteTwo things that scare me the most is basements and dolls. I used to love dolls until I got one that haunted my dreams for two months. We kept it in the basement till we moved. I think it's still there. Want to know why I'm scared of basements? My brother, one time he was trying to prank me with creepy music downstairs when I was sleeping. You know when you can hear music in your dreams from like your mom or sometime? I was having a lucid dream and my lucid dream turned into a nightmare. So I forced myself awake and the music was coming from downstairs. I cried when I heard it. So that's why I hate basements.
I don't have a favourite type of movie. Though I do like dramas and comedies. Horror is not my type. Never in a million years. My favourite movies are Underdog, Fred movies, Beetle Juice, Incredibles 2 and The Devil Wears Prada.

I only get to watch movies that are not scary because I look like a five year old person but i'm actually eight! And even my brother watches rated R movies! My brother says it looks soo real. Even a hand fell off with so much blood! I'm glad I'm not watching that!
ReplyDeleteThe things that scare me and don't say under my bed because it's like a playground under there but what I am is the dark! I just don't know why I'm scared of the dark. There is nothing there to scare me!
Now my favourite movie that isn't scary is Christmas Carols on Netflix! Oh and I like it because I won't spoil it don't worry! Because it's about Christmas and it got saved! AND I'M NOT TRYING TO SPOIL IT! Oh and I like Harry Potter because I just saw my brother watching it!

I think Mr.paper is missing out on movies like Grown ups, Pixel, Tron, Wreck it Ralph, and other great movies. I hope this blog post is not offensive to Mr.paper.
ReplyDeleteI'm scared of clowns because people dressed up and killed people. I'm also scared of psychopaths and lunatics. Also terrorists because they flew airplanes and crashed into the double buildings when New York (the Big Apple) had a terrorist attack.
And that's why I like comedy,action & adventure and fantasy movies.

My favorite movies are Beauty and the Beast, James and the Giant Peach, the Lego Movie. Those are my favorite.

I am scared and dark because in my head I always think of ghosts. I am also scared of dolls because I put a doll in my dresser at the top and now I put it in a box. But my brother is not scared at all.
My favourite movie are Descendants which is about villains kids and Malifecent.

I think that mrpaper's blog sounds good. I love to watch scary cheesy movies. I was always a little girl who loved scary cheesy movies to watch at home or somewhere else. Me and my dad and brothers always love scary cheesy movies to watch. I don't think that I would watch Evil Dead at home but if it is somewhere else, yes I would watch it.
ReplyDeleteWhat I am scared of is mean teachers that yell at kids for not doing their homework. Would you be scared? I am also scared of things in my laundry room. I don't know why but it was like that since I was five years old.
My favourite kinds of movies are Harry Potter, The It Movie because of PennyWise, Annabelle the Doll, and The House On The Hill Side.

I don't like scary movies. They freak me out and would probably give me nightmares. And even if it's not that scary I still wouldn't watch it! These movies do NOT interest me.
ReplyDeleteSome things that scare me are: spiders, my basement and flunking J.H.(junior high). Honestly I don't know why I am afraid of spiders, I just am. I am scared of my basement because there are spiders.

ReplyDeleteThe things that scare me is a ghost, spiders, the dark, heights and dolls. This things scare me because first of all I've seen a ghost before, second of all I think spiders are creepy, third of all I think being in the dark is also creepy, fourth of all if I was on the glass walk I would freak out, and the last one is a doll. If I saw a doll that the eye can blink I could also freak out.
My favourite movie is Sing which is about singing, Zombie which is about cheer leading and a good and friendly zombies.

My favorite movie is The Grinch because it is funny and is about Christmas. The movies that I hate are It and Annabelle. Annabelle is so scary because it is about a doll that lives in a house and it moves as evil as she can.

I think that this type of movie are so so. I do not really like this type of movie. This type of movie are too scary. I like some scary movies like Sabrina, The Meg and IT. I think it is so so because I just think they are scary.
ReplyDeleteI am scared of going under my covers because I feel like someone is under the bed and will hurt me. I am scared of getting into a car accident and going into the water because I think all my family will die.
My favorite type of movie is Lemony Snicket of Unfortunate Events.
The bad guy is Count Olaf. The good people are Gouk Snicket and Violet, Sunny and Klaus but there are more good.

When I see cheesy movies in my life time I always get jumpy and scared when I see zombies. I think of them like just as like Clash Royal but I do like zombie movies and cheesy movies. Like Pennywise. I love the scene when Pennywise took the L on TV at the sewers under ground carnival. It's average for the scary parts but when they are parents never ever scary but why when they're only in teens.

I think mrpaper has great ideas although I think he is right about it not being scary because I will never be scared of movies when they're like so cheesy. Like OMG they're like the best movies ever invented in the world. I would love to see like millions of those cheesy movies again.
If I could watch cheesy movies again in the world I would watch it all day.

My five favourite movies are: Captain America Winter Soldier, Beetlejuice, Captain America First Avenger, Captain America Civil War, and Christmas Chronicles. I love those movies because they are so realistic.
