Books are a great way to learn and spell. You just have to read them. They can also bring a world of imagination. I read books for enjoyment.
My favourite book series is Dork Diaries because it is funny and it is illustrated. It is about a girl’s life and her enemy, MacKenzie who bullies her. I think there are eleven books in the series so far.
There are lots of other book series such as: Dork Diaries, Wings of Fire, Owl Diaries, Amulet, Lunch Lady, Geronimo Stilton, Narwhal and Jelly, and more. I have read many books from these series. Currently, I am reading Wings of Fire.
If you are not the best reader, start small and build up. When you get to chapter books let your imagination go wild!

I LOVE to read! When I was younger and I had a choice of activity to do, I would more often than not, choose to read books. I can remember always having my nose buried in a book. Here's something weird: I really enjoy the smell of a brand new book. There's just something about the smell of paper.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was in junior high I would go to the Edmonton Public Library every week and borrow out a stack of novels. Because I was a fast reader I could go through one novel per day. My most favourite books at that time were, wait for it, romance novels.
My favourite book series is Harry Potter. There are eight books in total and many of them are over 400 pages. I eagerly awaited each book as it was published and then read each one for two days straight. I own the entire series and those are the only books where I have actually reread them. I should find some time this summer to read them once again.
A book series that I want to read is the Jedi Academy series from Star Wars. I hear it's really entertaining. A book series that I would recommend is the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld. It is about teenagers who upon reaching their 16th birthday, must undergo surgery to make them "pretty." It is a book series meant for older students but still I would highly recommend it.

I think reading is bad because it is too hard for me. What I rather do instead of reading is lick the bathroom door, I guess.
ReplyDeleteBut I have a favorite book series and it is called Bad Kitty. It is so easy and not too many hard words.
I recommend someone read Geronimo Stilton because it is my second favorite book series and it is kind of easy, like Bad Kitty.

I like reading a lot because I can open my imagination. But, I don't like to read if I am asked, I just like to read when I want to. I like reading because you can open your imagination, and it is an excuse for my little brother to stop bothering me.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite series is Pheobe and her Unicorn. I like this series because there is always a problem and Pheobe and her unicorn fix it.
For the stronger readers I would recommend Wings of Fire, I like these books a lot. If you are into mythical creatures I would also recommend this series.

I love reading because it gets you really smart. Here are other reasons: It's fun, gets your vocabulary higher, reading big books sure have a lot of words. but they are good for you. You should always read a book a level higher. I recommend doing it!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite book is Diary of a Wimpy kid. They're all good especially the first one. In it the main character is Greg, a middle schooler. The reason I like it is near the end his friend Rowley was forced by people from high school to eat cheese that was on the ground for weeks. Its hilarious. I love the book.
There are other books that are great but if you like funny books I recommend Diary of a Wimpy Kid. But if I were to recommend one you could do Harry Potter. I haven't read the book but a second you get into it you want to read it. Whichever book you ever want to read is always your choice. And don't let someone ever judge you for the books that you read. Also Diary of a Wimpy Kid is written by Jeff Kenney.

I think that reading is great because you can imagine a lot of the things even if it has a lot of pictures or no pictures.

Geronimo Stilton. If I had to recommend a series I would recommend Geronimo Stilton.

I think that reading is amazing! My favorite book is called Fablehaven. It is in the fantasy genre but most of the books I read are that type of book. If you give me a good book and a cozy spot, walking will feel like a chore.

I think that reading is okay but some books are bad for everyone. Like Fortnight books that are made of a 10 meter tall stacks of dog poop.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite books are called Tom Sawyer and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn because they are classic books.
I recommend Tom Sawyer because it is a very interesting tale.

I have to be in the mood to read because I don't really like reading sometimes, but sometimes I do. I know you should read but I don't like reading that much.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite book is Guinness World Records 2020. It is filled with the most weird records I've ever seen. IT'S CRAZY!
You should really read Guinness World Records and you never know if your favourite YouTubers are in it. IT'S GREAT!

I used to kind of like reading because I do not read that much but I work on it with my mom by putting a timer for half an hour and now I really enjoy reading books.

I think that reading is a bit boring because when I read a lot my head starts to hurt and I hurt a lot. I kind of like to read a little but when I don't have anything to do and the only thing I can do is read.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite book is Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Dork Diaries too. I like them because they are funny and illustrated and interesting but they are not so good. The only book I like of the Wimpy kids collection is the book 6 because it is more interesting to me.
I recommend to the class to read the Diary of the Wimpy Kid 6 and the book Dork Diaries 3 because they are my favourite books and they are interesting, illustrated and funny but it is their choice, not mine.

I love reading books! The book that I am reading right now is call Dork Diaries. I am on the second book and it is called Tales From a Not So Popular Party Girl. The characters in this book are super funny. First we have Nikki (the nerd), Chole (the nerd), Zoey (the nerd), Brianna (Nikki's little sister), Mackenzie (the bully), Jessica (the bully) and Brandon (Nikki's crush). The book is super funny but really long. I wonder when I am going to be done the book. I really want to go onto the next book.
