In our classroom we have Circle once a week. Circle is where you sit in a circle and you’re polite to people who are speaking. Circle is basically a time to talk about issues such as bullying and cliques.
In order to have a chance to speak, you have to have your hand up and the teacher will pick on you to speak just like in class. You get to hold this stuffed cat that we call Crazy Kitty.
What I like about Circle the most is how straight forward everything is. People are usually honest about everything in Circle and you can always pass if you don’t want to say something.
So this is why I think Circle is good. What do you think?

Circle is pretty alright because you don't have to do anything if you want besides greetings. I like the games as well my favourite game is the wink murder. I like having circle instead if writing and reading things for health.

circle is really fun. Especially during the blinking game when there are three killers who kill people by blinking at them. Then you fall down in the middle.

Circle is awsome. It is like your friends are your relations and you can share your feelings to them. The crazy kitty is soft and warm even though it is not useful and has no life. Till now we have been speaking about cliques and active listening and I also share my feelings about that and it is fun. My word is that circle is cool.

Circle is good. We don't have to do much but sit on a chair. My favorite part is when we play games like killer. It is way better than writing boring notes.

I think circle is awesome because we get to express our feelings and talk about it. But what is more fun than that, we get to play a game or say "hello" in a different way. When we take about a problem we get to give our ideas.

Circle time is good!
ReplyDeleteI think it is a time where everyone gets to know each other better, so we can be closer to our friends... there is nothing wrong with that!!!
It is also a place to describe problems on the playground or in the school. Talking about stuff like that can take a MILLION pounds off your chest!!

I am from room 15 and we do not do circle time every week.We have done it before.I really like circle time, I like listening to everyones comments and ideas.

I as everyone else think that circle time is pretty helpful to otheers in circle. I mean its fun, educational, solving your problems and other nice and fun things you can do at circle time. Like this one day we played a called wink murder, its a game where there are three people that can wink at someone and that person dies.

Circle time is good! I think that it is a time where everyone can learn to get along better. Circle time is part of our health. I think that we should stay doing circle because it helps us get along better.

I think circle is good too falcon. It builds up character and it is a time to get serious. You talk about yourself and feelings. It is a time to calm down. Then we play gmaes for the last 10 mins. It is fun!

ReplyDeleteI think it is just great, because we play games or we just talk about things that are bothering us. Also there are 3 rules in circle:
1. you can always pass
2. no put downs (verbal or non-verbal)
3. listen to the talker and make eye contact
There is also a stuffed animal that we call crazy kitty. So every time you talk, the big HAM passes you crazy kitty.
So that is what I think about circle.

I agree with you green leprechaun, circle time is sort of fun. It's not something that I'd want to do all day every day, but it's alright.

I think circle is a good idea, well it's better than working on a peace of paper. Circle gives us a time to have fun in learning, and that doesn't happen a lot. CIRCLE IS EPIC!!!!!

I am from room 15 and like someone said earlier we dont have circle. It sounds like fun and a good way to get new friends. We sometimes do circle, it would be cool if we could do it more often though. When it gets time to talk my mind goes blank. Thats probably the only thing I wouldn't like about circle. Other than that I wish our class did circle every week.

I love Crazy Kitty. Hes cute,Hes adoring and hes kind. Though, the cat haters try to kick him, and that's mean to him. Well, not everyone is not a fan of cats (unlike me)they don't kick him. I want Crazy Kitty to stay together, and not fall apart. I feel worried about him.

I really like circle time. It is fun and awesome. My favorite part is when we play games. And the greating's and I remember when the greating was sup bro all the boy's really liked that one(the girls hated it). Crazy kitty is awesome I like throwing him around the room(LOL). I wish we did circle more often because it is usually really fun.
