Do you like to go sledding ? I go sledding at my dad’s house.
I like to go sledding because it is fun and my dad built me a giant sledding hill in his backyard. I like sledding because of the speed and the excitement. I also enjoy the wind blowing in my face. I think sledding is fun because sometimes there are giant jumps. Sometimes I use different sleds.
When you are sledding you should wear snow pants and a winter jacket.

I like going sledding. I I have went before but I only like going on the hill by the church. I don't like going in my back yard because somebody always gets hurt. We usually only play on snowy winter days and of course you can't sled on summer days!!!!

I really like sledding! Theres just one tiny problem though. My mom rarely takes me. Probably because theres only one REALLY close hill near our house, and its usually covered with un-sleddable snow. So I don't go very often.
ReplyDeleteThe sleds that I really prefer are: the plastic sleds because they go REALLY REALLY FAST on the hills, tubes because they are also really fast and skis and snowboards. In other words I don't care WHAT kind of sled I go on or see I will ride it no matter what (unless its broken or has a picture of like Dora The Explorer or Elmo or something like that.)
I remember a few years ago I went sledding with my aunty and my sister and my technically cousin at this REALLY BIG hill that I can't remember the name of! We had a plastic sled and a long big sled. Of coarse I chose the long big sled because I didn't want the plastic one to break! My aunty said I had to go with someone and not alone just in case. So I went with my sister. I was in FRONT
STEERING and my sister was in the back, scared. Once we actaully started moving, my sister said "TRY NOT TO HIT ANNNY RAMPS!" I accidentaly hit one at the bottom of the hill and I flew off! ...on my face.....snow in my eyes..... gloves and hat scattered. I was fine though, just a bit cold! Well thats all my thoughts about sledding!

I have been sledding before. I love sledding. It is fun and awesome. Sometimes I sled with my dad and sometimes I go by myself. Sometimes I go every day.

I do like sledding but I like Snowbording more. I go sledding when I go with my little brother. He is three. I also like to go sledding with my older brother. He is a good sledder but I am better.

Yes I have been sledding before and it is a lot of fun. Yes I do like sledding a lot and that is because my mom has a sled and it is amazing. My moms sled goes really fast. It's crazy. My mom knows this hill with no tree's or bumps which is perfect for sledding on.
ReplyDeleteMy mom has a 7 setter sled that goes 25mph on one special hill. I don't know what the hill is called or were it is but I go sledding on that hill every year and I never get sick of it.

One time I went down a hill that you could hardly see the bottom. I was terrified but when I went down it was so fun! Another time I went with my friend and every time I went down I wiped out!

ReplyDeleteThe sled I would probably choose is a Ski Doo or a snowboard. A Ski Doo is like a big sled that you can lay on or sit on or whatever on and its very fun and fast.
When I was at my friend's dads house with him me and him went sledding and we saw this big mountain or hill and we went up the hill and as we were going saw a big 3 to 4 foot drop and we went down it tried to jump it. I eventuly did it but before I kept falling and face planting and when I cleared the gap I went through the grass and I fell and did a barrel roll and waited for my friend to do it.

This one time we went sledding at a very steep hill and my mom and step dad they went down and when they go half way down their butts were falling off and at the bottom they did a kind of flip.

I have been sledding before, I had an amazing time! I love sledding because of the sheer excitement of it. I go sledding often, but not every day. Another reason I love sledding is because I crave speed and I sometimes get airborne! which is really exciting!
ReplyDeleteMy sled of choice is a streamlined foam sled with a yellow wasp on it. It's especially fast when I go down my favourite hill.
One of the sledding incidents I've had is a time I went airborne! I was going down a steep hill at what felt like 100 miles per hour! (but it wasn't even CLOSE to that fast!) I flew off a jump, tucked in my head because I was frightened, and landed hard at the bottom of the hill. It was painful!

I have been sledding a lot of times and it is awesome! When I go sledding I mostly go with my dad and my sisters. I have not gone sledding for a long time and I have no idea why. Mostly when me and my dad and my sisters go my dad brings snacks and water.
ReplyDeleteIn my garage I have a lot of sleds. For exsample a GT Racer, a Bat Wing, and two big long red sleds. My favourite that I always choose is the Bat Wing.
One time when I went sledding I saw a bump and I went down and I hit it and I flwe of my sled and fell right into the bushis. It hurt but it was very funny!

I actually never had anything exciting in my life but my family members have. One time my 1st born brother went sledding, my dad pushed him down the hill (obiously on the sled) and there was this big bump, then he went flying up in the air, about 5 feet high. Another time my mom went down the hill on the sled and when she got to the bottom there was loads of huge ice chunks on the ground.

I sometimes like sledding but usually I hate when snow gets down my neck or in my shirt! Usually I go sledding with my younger brother with either snowboards or saucers but usually my younger brother will go down a jump then pretend he is dead so I just go home then he will notice I am gone then start walking around the block by himself then everybody will be worried that he is gone then he will just walk through the front door!
ReplyDeleteMy snowboard has lightning strips on a lime green background and our family's saucers have a blue background with penguins on them! But my family uses them so much that there are so much cracks because my brother is kinda heavy and he go's down them and my dad will usually take my sled when I am about to jump on the sled and all I see is him on my sled on the bottom of the hill!
One time when I was younger my older brother will take me sledding and he would put me on a sled by myself then told me that there is candy at the bottom of the hill but there was a giant puddle that I would always fall out of my sled and fall in the water! I never knew what I was thinking!

ReplyDeleteMy top sled for going down hills is one of those ones that are really thin and made of foam and they go down the hill really fast and mine is called " Ice speeder ". It's blue with a whole lotta stripes.
I also love snowboarding. Mind you I didn't say I was good at it, but it still the time of a lifetime to go sledding. I don't know about other people, but I love sledding.

My sled is red, long and haves brakes. Me and my freind went sledding and we went of a bump and we got a bloody nose.

ReplyDeleteI have three different choices of sleds: a trash can lid, a old fashion sled which has a curved front and my flat plastic sled with feet and hand grips and a rope to pull it up the hill.
My most favorite sledding exprience is when I also had an total wipe out. I was sledding down on my plastic sled and some racer past me and it got snow all over me I could not see and when I could I was about to crash into a tree. I swirved away from the tree and fell face first into the snow and did a front roll over. It was hilareous!!

I like sledding too but I some times I fall off. Like when I was 3 or 4 I think my sister and I went sledding together. We went on the same sled. I was in the back. We went down the hill. I fell off. I went back to the top of the hill and wacth my sister go down the hill.

I LOVE TO GO SLEDDING!!!!!!!!! My favorite hill to go to is Conners Hill. It is AMAZING! Me and my dad sometimes go sledding and my mom takes me too.
ReplyDeleteOnce I went with my friend and we went to Connors Hill and first we went on the big hill and we went soooo high in the air. Later on we went to the smaller hill and she fell off and hit her head but she was fine.
Every time I go sledding I have the most fun ever because my brother and I love to go on our sled with fome on the top and plastic on the bottem. I just got a new sled just like that one but smaller. Our bigger sled has blades on the bottem and when you go down Connors Hill you zoom down really fast.
In the winter my family and I go ether with a friend or just us sledding. We always have lots and lots of AWESOME AWESOME FUN!!!!!!!!! Now get out there and sled as much as posibal have fun.

Personally I don't really like going sledding but when I was young I would beg and beg my brother to go sledding but I do not do any of that anymore. Right now out of ten I give sledding a 4 in my liking.

I have a story about last year. My dad and I went sledding at a SUPER large sledding hill and it was sooooooo scary to ride down. One time I went down and I fell of my sled and rolled down the rest of the hill. It was horrible!

I loooooooove sledding! I go sledding all the time. One thing that I hate about sledding is walking up the hill. If you go to a big hill than it is soooooooo fun sledding down, but sooooooo boring walking up.
ReplyDeleteI don't like my sled. My dad says that it is "old school" style. It is long and made out of wood. If I could have a sled than I would have one of the ones that have steering wheels. I like them because they are easier to steer. If I could not have one of them, then I would have those little ones that you just sit down on and hold the thingie.
Once I went sledding with my uncle when I was three. I forget where it was, but the hill was very big. My uncle gave me a really big push and I fell of the sled and smased my face in the ice. It hurt.
