Christmas is my favourite time of year. It is my favourite time of the year because I get a lot of presents from my family. My grandmother cooks a big turkey and we also have stuffing, roasted potatoes, gravy, carrots and broccoli. We also cook a big ham. My family does not go anywhere for Christmas. We just stay home and sleep. I am looking forward to Christmas break.
This year I asked for toys such as Power Rangers and Star Wars figurines. I think I will receive what I asked for because my parents will buy them for me. The biggest thing I asked for this year was video games for my Xbox One S. Some guys I want are Spiderman and Lego Ninjago.
For me, Christmas is about having fun with my parents and grandparents. I really enjoy the presents also. I bought presents for my grandparents this year. For my grandmother I bought an owl coffee mug and for my grandfather I bought a Tim Horton’s coffee mug. My mother helped me pay for these presents. For my parents I might make something for them like a Christmas card.
In Art class, we are drawing the Grinch. We read the story and talked about why he doesn’t like Christmas. Personally, I think the Grinch is fine.

Well...my birthday is pretty close to Christmas. My family is thinking about stuff so my Dad wrote stuff on his Lego notebook! I saw the ad for the Nintendo Switch and they play on it and they say "we bought it for the kids"! I only really wished for is one of those chargeable cars for kids. It's really cool. Oh and look at Toys-R-Us if you want to see them! I actually forgot what else I asked for JUST for my b-day!
ReplyDeleteSo what i'm going to do for the winter break is well first my birthday is four days before Christmas so first that then sleep in. Then see Elf on the Shelf. Oh and my Elf on the Shelf brought the elf pets. It was the dog! So what happened is I wanted it the day before yesterday and it was the same dog! so that's basically it! So ya that's how we're going to spend it!

I think Christmas is great and wonderful. But many people think that Christmas is just about getting presents but they were wrong. Christmas is a day where you get to spend time with your family and enjoy.
ReplyDeleteMy family does not celebrate Christmas or Halloween and other stuff but we do celebrate small Eid and big Eid. Eid is where all my family members gather around and go to places like Toronto where we watch real World Cup Cricket matches. I don't ask Santa for presents because I think he is not real.
I am not really sure how I am going to spend winter break. Maybe I will go to my uncle's new big house and have a sleep over, play midnight games. Or if we have time we maybe could watch Escape Mr. Lemoncello's Library. If we have time I will sleep for all two weeks.

My family always puts up a Christmas tree but one that's not real. Also most of the time we go out of town to do
something fun for example skiing!
For Christmas I have not asked for anything but for my birthday I have asked for an analog watch and I think I will probably get one.
On winter break I'm going out to ski,I don't know which resort we are going to but I know it will be fun!

I think Christmas is my favourite time because in Christmas in Philippines we play a game. In Philippines before Christmas we pick a name and a person buy a present and in Christmas we open a present. But in Canada we do not play that anymore. This year we will just stay home. My mom will cook some dinner and we well eat. After my mom and dad just talk my mom invite some people over.

I think that Christmas is a jolly way to spend the 25th of December because you get so many presents. I will give the wrapping paper to my rabbit because he will have a blast running through it when he chews it up like a dog chew toy.

I love Christmas. I saw Santa Claus at the mall. I asked Santa for a big red sled, and a big swing set.
